Delivery

Orders made within the UK:

Orders take an initial 2-3 days to process.

Orders are then sent by Evri - 2 Day Service at a cost of £3.50

Orders typically take 4-6 business days to arrive from point of order.

Orders within the UK include Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man and all Scottish Highlands and Islands. 

Please note Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland are not covered by the next day service, orders to these destinations will be sent using Evri and we would ordinarily expect delivery to be 2-3 days although that cannot be guaranteed.

 

International Orders:

Orders made internationally are via DHL EXPRESS

Orders take an initial 2-3 days to process

Allow 2 weeks to arrive from point of order. You will be provided with a tracking number when processed.

Shipping costs may vary depending on location and are calculated once the address has been added at check out.  

Customs:

Please note that customs and duty fees are not included in Moore Jewellery’s shipping costs for international orders. There are different import duty, tariff and VAT threshold rules for each country. Do please check with your local authorities. Moore Jewellery is not responsible for additional costs that may occur after your order has been dispatched.

 

Need something urgently in the UK:

If you require an item for a certain date or special occasion, please contact hello@moorejewellery.co.uk and we will do our best to get it to you for your required date.

If requesting a 1-2 day delivery, we will ship the order with DPD on a next day service, this costs £7.95.

If there are any delays with order processing we will also let you know. Please note, working days do not include weekends, Bank holidays or Public Holidays in the UK

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, and we are unable to guarantee exact dates once items are posted. 

All items will be sent to the delivery address supplied with the order. If your order is a gift and you wish it to be delivered directly to the recipient, then I am more than happy to do so; in such cases please make sure the correct name and address is supplied.

Bespoke & Personalised Products

Bespoke, commissions, alterations, personalised and made to order will take longer. Times will vary in accordance with the nature of the work involved in creating a piece. An estimate will be provided and agreed before production.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for a personalised product and made to order items (i.e stacking rings). Excluding Chunky Chain Bracelet, which requires 4-6 weeks. 

Please allow 4-6 weeks for fully bespoke, commissions and alterations. 

You will be kept up to date about the process and emailed when your jewellery is on its way. These pieces will be sent special delivery.

 

Packaging and Gift Messages

All jewellery comes in a beautifully presented branded navy box within a teal cotton pouch, along with a care card of how to look after your jewellery.

All orders are sent out in cardboard mailing boxes, mailing bags or padded envelopes as appropriate, and all packaging materials used are as environmentally friendly as possible; being either recyclable, reusable, or biodegradable.

If you wish to enclose a handwritten message on a gift tag, I would be more than happy to provide this free of charge. Please enter the text required in the optional box during the purchase.
